Stephen Colbert, peddler of all things American, had some pointed thoughts about the United States' ultimately disappointing tie with Portugal on Sunday evening. Colbert took plenty of shots at Portugal (or as he calls them "speech impediment Spain"), before breaking down the numerous and somewhat complex ways that the U.S. can qualify for the knockout round of the tournament. I never pegged Colbert as a soccer guy, but I'm a big fan of the results.
