CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) -- North Carolina coach Roy Williams says P.J. Hairston is doubtful for Tuesday's game against Wake Forest.

The sophomore suffered a concussion last week at Boston College and missed Saturday's overtime win against Virginia Tech. Williams said Monday that Hairston did some light work Sunday, but later picked up "a little flu bug" that had him throwing up and eventually taking IV fluids. Williams said Hairston is "highly unlikely" to play Tuesday.

Team spokesman Steve Kirschner says Hairston hasn't been cleared to return from the concussion and that the illness is unrelated. The plan was to test Hairston on Monday before he got sick. The team plans to test the guard Tuesday.

Williams said sophomore center Desmond Hubert was also sick Sunday with a bug that's "just going through our team."
