If you think this is too high for a team that just lost Cleanthony Early to the NBA draft, consider that these are likely to be the top four backcourts in the country next season (in no particular order):
Wichita State: PG Fred VanVleet, SG Ron Baker, SG Tekele Cotton
Kentucky: PG Andrew Harrison, PG Tyler Ulis, SG Aaron Harrison, SG Devin Booker
Duke: PG Tyus Jones, PG Quinn Cook, SG Rasheed Sulaimon, SG Matt Jones, SG Grayson Allen
SMU: PG Emmanuel Mudiay, PG Nic Moore, SG Keith Frazier
Duke and Kentucky have the most depth, and SMU has the best pro prospect (Mudiay), but the Shockers' trio has the most experience (Cotton is a senior, the others are juniors) and plays the best defense. As long as they get adequate interior play from Darius Carter and whoever fills the other frontcourt spot, Wichita State will again be a top-10 team.
