Wyoming forward Larry Nance Jr. will play in Wednesday night's game against Fresno State, according to ESPN.com's Andy Katz.

Nance Jr. had missed the previous four games after being diagnosed with a mild case of mononucleosis.

Over 23 games this season, Nance Jr. has averaged a team-high 16.3 points and 7.2 rebounds.

With Nance out of the lineup, the Cowboys went 2-2 with wins over San Jose State and Nevada and losses to Air Force and San Diego State.

Wyoming (21-6) currently sits 1.5 games back of No. 24 San Diego State for first place in the Mountain West standings.
