Four-star point guard Tony Carr commits to Penn State
Carr, who is 6'5", 185 pounds, is ranked No. 53 by Rivals and is the highest ranked recruit from Pennsylvania.
Carr fielded offers from 17 other schools, including four of Penn State's Big Ten rivals.
