Justin Gilbert, a projected starter on Army's offensive line, will miss the upcoming season after suffering a knee injury last week.

The 6-foot-7, 271-pound Gilbert started all 12 games last season as Army finished third in the country in rushing yards per game (309.8). Army went 3-9 and lost to Navy for the 12th consecutive year.

The Black Knights open the season Sept. 6 against Buffalo.
