Former Texas running back Joe Bergeron has enrolled at Division II Texas A&M-Commerce, according to The Associated Press.

Bergeron was dismissed from Texas for undisclosed rules violations last month. The running back was just one of a number of players disciplined by first-year head coach Charlie Strong.

Bergeron was a former three-star recruit, who rushed for 1,392 yards and 25 touchdowns during his college career at Texas.
