Former Texas offensive guard Rami Hammad is transferring within the Big 12 to Baylor, ESPN.com's Max Olson reports

Hammad, who left the Texas program last week, chose Baylor over UCLA and Alabama. The guard had originally committed to Baylor during his high school recruitment before deciding to attend Texas.

AP releases 2014 College Football Playoff picks

The No. 10 offensive guard in his high school class according to Rivals, Hammad redshirted the 2013 season with the Longhorns. 

Olson reports that Hammad will have two seasons of eligibility left after sitting out 2014.
