Missouri Tigers vs. Toledo Rockets

The Missouri Tigers will travel to Ohio to take on the Toledo Rockets in Week 2. The Tigers defeated South Dakota State 38-18 in their season opener, while Toledo beat New Hampshire 54-20.

Missouri topped Toledo 38-23 in the first meeting between the programs in 2013.

Quarterback Maty Mauk needed only 21 pass attempts to complete three touchdown passes in the season opener.

Backup running back Marcus Murphy had a 100-yard kickoff return touchdown in the team's opener. 

Gary Pinkel, the current head coach of Missouri, was the head coach at Toledo from 1991 to 2000.

Four Missouri assistants and the director of football operations at Missouri are also former members of the Toledo staff.

The Tigers are looking to win their first road game for the second consecutive year. 

DE Markus Golden got his first career start versus SDSU and led the team with 10 tackles.
