Texas opened its season with a 38-7 win over North Texas but lost 41-7 to BYU at home last Saturday. The Longhorns were limited to 258 total yards against the Cougars. UCLA beat Memphis 42-35 on Saturday to move to 2-0. This Saturday's game will be played at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Texas and UCLA have met six times in their history, with the series tied at three wins each. The Longhorns won the last meeting in 2011.
