The 6-foot-2, 210-pound senior threw for 3,635 yards and 28 touchdowns last season. With Kelly out, the Sun Devils will likely turn to junior Mike Bercovici.

Arizona State, which is 3-0 with wins over Weber State, New Mexico and Colorado, hosts UCLA (3-0) next Thursday, Sept. 25.
