Missouri, BYU agree to series starting in 2015 at Arrowhead Stadium
Next season at Arrowhead, the home of the Kansas City Chiefs, will be the first game in the series, with the two teams not meeting again until the 2020 season, which BYU will host at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo.
The meeting next season will mark just the second time that the schools have faced off on the football field, with the first being the 1983 Holiday Bowl which was won, 21-17, by BYU. Future Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young led the Cougars to victory by catching a touchdown pass from running back Eddie Stinnett.
Missouri, the defending SEC East champion, is 7-2 on the season and plays at Texas A&M on Saturday.
BYU is 5-4 and hosts UNLV on Saturday.
