Karageorge, 22, was found dead on Sunday after he had been missing for four days. He was still missing when Ohio State played its final regular-season game vs. Michigan last Saturday.
Karageorge, a senior defensive tackle who walked onto Ohio State's football team in August, never appeared in a game. He was previously a wrestler for the Buckeyes and won 35 matches as a senior.
According to Cleveland.com, Bennett was a pallbearer at Karageorge's funeral, which was held Wednesday.
Ohio State and Wisconsin kick off at 8:17 p.m. ET at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The Buckeyes finished 11-1 to win the Big Ten East Division, losing only to Virginia Tech in September. Wisconsin finished 10-2 to win the Big Ten West.
