Texas offensive lineman Darius James will transfer, the Austin Statesman reports. According to 247 Sports, James has been granted his full release.

James was a five-star recruit and the top offensive guard recruit in the country in 2013, according to 247's composite rankings. He redshirted his freshman year and played six games as a redshirt freshman in 2014.

247 reports that James "has put out feelers to multiple Power Five schools who've shown interest."
