The West Virginia Mountaineers (3–1) will host the No. 21 Oklahoma State Cowboys (5–0) at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium on Saturday.

The Cowboys defeated Kansas State 36–34 last week for their fifth-straight win of the season. The team fell one spot in the Associated Press top 25 poll following the close victory. Oklahoma State’s Ben Grogan made a 37-yard field goal with 32 seconds left in the game to secure the win for the Cowboys.

The Mountaineers lost their first game of the season to No. 10 Oklahoma last Saturday. West Virginia earned the No. 23 spot in the top 25 poll in Week 5, but the loss caused the Mountaineers to fall out of the poll for Week 6. Oklahoma’s defense capitalized on five Mountaineers turnovers to come away with the 44–24 win.
