No. 8 Stanford travels to face a surprisingly successful Washington State squad on Saturday night in a Pac–12 matchup. The Cardinal have won six in a row after dropping their opener to Northwestern and sit atop the Pac-12 North, with the Cougars a game behind and looking to draw even with a win. Stanford will rely on quarterback Kevin Hogan and a ground attack led by Christian McCaffrey that has produced 18 touchdowns. Quarterback Luke Falk is in midst of a prolific season for Washington State, with 26 touchdowns and just four interceptions in seven games.
