No. 8 Notre Dame and No. 7 Ohio State meet in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year’s Day at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.

The Irish are 10–2, coming off a loss to rival Stanford on Nov. 28. The 11–1 Buckeyes missed the College Football Playoff after falling to Michigan State on Nov. 21, but enter off a win over Michigan.

Ezekiel Elliott leads the Buckeyes on the ground with 1,672 yards and 19 rushing touchdowns on the season. The Irish are quarterbacked by DeShone Kizer, who has thrown for 19 touchdowns and 2,600 yards this year.
