Kentucky fullback William Collins was arrested Friday, reports WKYT News.

Collins, a rising senior, now faces charges for alcohol intoxication, criminal mischief, theft and fleeing and evading.

According to the report, Collins was seen walking down the street with another individual, while holding a parking meter. Once the duo spotted the officer, they attempted to flee the scene. The officer subsequently yelled for them to stop and get on the ground.

“The suspects saw my vehicle and placed the parking meter down,” the report says. “I activated my emergency equipment and pulled up beside them.”

Collins, a walk-on from the University of Pikeville, later admitted to stealing the parking meter.
