Four-star quarterback Ryan Kelley has de-committed from Oregon, he announced Tuesday on Twitter.
Kelley is ranked as the No. 112 player overall and the No. 10 quarterback in the 2017 class, according to Scout.com. His de-commitment leaves him as the only quarterback among Scout’s top 10 that has not given a verbal commitment to a school.
Kelley holds offers from 13 schools, including Arizona State, UCLA and Texas A&M.
An Arizona native, Kelley led Basha High School to a 4–7 record last season.
