Florida guard Antonio Riles will miss the 2016 season with a torn knee ligament, reports the Associated Press’s Mark Long.

Riles, a redshirt junior, tore the ligament in practice Monday, according to the report.

Riles started at guard for the first six games of last season. He was expected to provide depth along the offensive line in 2016.

Martez Ivey and Tyler Jordan are currently expected to start at guard for Florida.

A recruit out of Georgia, Riles still has one year of eligibility remaining.
