Saturday September 24th, 2016

If you’re searching for a good offensive battle to watch on Saturday, then you’re going to want to watch East Carolina and Virginia Tech.

ECU, the nation’s No. 9 offense so far this season, will visit Virginia Tech, which has the No. 48 rushing attack and No. 59 passing attack. The Hokies, at 2–1, can’t afford to drop another game before facing Miami on Oct. 20. They’re led by junior quarterback Jerod Evans, who is coming off a five-touchdown performance against Boston College.

ECU counters with senior signalcaller Philip Nelson, who has lit it up this year with 1,095 yards in three games.
