Penn State will host Maryland on Saturday in the Nittany Lions' homecoming game.

The Nittany Lions (3-2, 1–0 Big Ten) beat Minnesota 29–26 in overtime last week to win its conference opener. Penn State quarterback Trace McSorley leads a potent passing game, as he leads the conference in passing yards.

The Terrapins (4–0, 1–0 Big Ten) are coming off a 50–7 rout of Purdue, in which they ran for 400 yards and held the Boilermakers to 205 yards of total offense. Maryland has scored 173 points, its most ever through the first four games of a season.

Maryland has only beaten Penn State twice in 38 all-time meetings between the schools.
