Clemson can wrap up the ACC's Atlantic Division title to face either Virginia Tech or North Carolina if they can get past Wake Forest on Saturday.

The Tigers (9–1, 6–1 ACC) were upset at home by Pittsburgh and dropped one a spot to No. 4 in the College Football Playoff rankings. The loss snapped Clemson's 21-game home winning streak.

Wake Forest had an opportunity to stake its claim to a possibly conference title game appearance, but lost to Louisville last Saturday. The Demon Deacons led 12–0, but gave up 34 fourth quarter points and went on to lose 44–12.

Clemson has won seven in a row in the series.
