LSU running back Jeremy Hill was in uniform and on the sidelines last Saturday against TCU, but he never entered the game in a 37-27 win over the Horned Frogs. Tigers coach Les Miles has been suspiciously quiet heading into this week's matchup against UAB, and it seems that silence said plenty; although Hill won't start in Week 2, he'll be on the sidelines and will likely see game action, according to Bruce Feldman of CBS.
#LSU RB Jeremy Hill "won't start but has a good chance of playing" tomorrow vs UAB, a source tells CBS.

Miles has taken a lot of scrutiny for not only letting Hill back on the team, but for keeping his suspension light following an incident in which Hill sucker-punched a victim, which was captured on camera phone. Hill was already on probation for a misdemeanor charge from early 2012. The Advocate from Baton Rouge, La., has a similar report on Hill's status.
