Video & Analysis: Ronnie Bell Laughs Off His Scoreless Season

Ronnie Bell still has not scored a touchdown in 2019.

Sophomore wide receiver Ronnie Bell is pacing the Wolverines in several receiving categories but touchdowns is not one of them. In fact, Bell has yet to score in 2019. He was asked about that after the Michigan State game in which he had nine grabs and 150 yards, and all he could do was laugh.

Brown's Breakdown

The slippery, tough and crafty pass catcher is leading the team in catches with 37 and yards with 621. He also has the longest catch on the year, a 71 yarder against Wisconsin, and more first down catches than anyone on the roster. Yet somehow he doesn't have a touchdown.

He should've have two against Penn State (one was called back because of a lineman downfield and the other was the infamous drop that would've tied the game) but should've doesn't count. He scored twice last year as a true freshman, so he's tasted it before, and he obviously wants to get back in the end zone.

Bell works open too much, is too good in space and refuses to go down or out of bounds, so a touchdown is inevitable, right? Bell smiled and said that he'll get in there and I believe he will — eventually.

What say you? When is Bell going to score? Is he going to score? Comment below!!!
