Steven Burke breaks collarbone in training crash in Spain

LONDON (AP) British cycling says Steven Burke has broken his collarbone after crashing during training in Mallorca.

The incident happened on Sunday but Burke says he still hopes to compete at the Track World Championships at the end of February in Paris.

Burke says he has ''been in the gym today (Monday)'' and that he intends ''to be back training on the turbo this week.''
