Jay-Z dropped a vicious new track on New York hip-hop station Hot 97 this morning that addressed his decision to sell his ownership stake in the Brooklyn Nets to become a player agent.

The 43-year-old entrepreneur responds to the recent rush of headlines targeting him and wife/songstress Beyoncé on a cut titled "Open Letter." (You can read the transcribed lyrics at Rap Genius.)

I woulda moved the Nets to Brooklyn for free

Except I made millions off you f--king dweebs

I still own the building, I'm still keeping my seats

You buy that bulls--t, you better keep your receipts.

Jigga, who raps that he "done turned Havana into Atlanta," also lashes out at the legislators who criticized his recent visit to Cuba: "Politicians never did sh-t for me / except lie to me, distort history."

The Brooklyn native was so disgusted about his Cuba trip being the lead story on CNN ahead of the North Korean political threat that he recruited Swizz Beatz and Timbaland for an impromptu production and penned the the track at 9 p.m. on Wednesday night, according to Hot 97's Miss Info. Beatz tweeted this photo of the threesome working on the song last night.

Hov also addresses his new deal with Universal Music ("Got an onion from Universal, read it and weep") and takes a shot at those who label him a criminal ("Wanna give me jail time in the fine / Fine, let me commit a real crime / I might buy a kilo for Chief Keef / Out of spite, I just might flood these streets / Here the freedom in my speech.”)

Lyrically it does feel like a rush job, though the production stands tall.
