And boy, do they empty those wallets. This month, the Collegiate Licensing Company published a list of the schools that moved the most swag since July 2012. It contains the predictable suspects—Texas tops the ranks, with Alabama, Michigan and Notre Dame right on its heels—and covers everything from branded T-shirts to replica jerseys to toilet seats. Of course, as the slideshow below suggests, just because a fan buys team gear to show their pride in a school doesn't mean the school is going to be proud in return.
