Library spokeswoman Adenike Olanrewaju made sure to trumpet the Photoshop-free nature of the snapshot, telling the New York Times, “We’re 100% certain it’s legitimate.” In other words, it's just a photo of some unfortunate gent who never got to experience the joys of courting Geno Smith.
