Outdoor Orienteering World Championships: Long Distance Finals, 6:00p.m. (Universal Sports Network)

Orienteering combines distance running with navigation. Racers are given a map for a course they've never seen and have to read their way through a series of checkpoints at full gallop. It's like having to run home on your walk of shame from a neighborhood you don't know after a night lost to the bottle.
