Defensive back Tracy Porter was signed by the Raiders this offseason and given jersey No. 24, as you can see above. Shortly thereafter, defensive back Charles Woodson was signed by Oakland. Woodson wore No. 24 in his first stint as a Raider, so the team gave him back the number. And now Porter is pissed.
