That Creepy Clown Standing around Northampton, England Has Finally Been Identified
Last month, we told you about the random clown who was stalking the streets of Northampton, England, dressed as Stephen King's Pennywise character. The town's citizens were not stoked about the development.
Since then, he's amassed over 187,000 Facebook fans, posting blurry images of himself walking up to cars and various cryptic messages. However, his identity was still a mystery until this week, when he was outed by the Daily Mirror as 22-year old Northampton University student and aspiring filmmaker Alex Powell.
After the report, the clown's Facebook page claimed that his identity is "still safe," and posted a story from the local paper in which fans criticized the Daily Mirror for spoiling all the fun, and I can't believe that we're actually talking about this.
