Currently the second-biggest post on Reddit's r/funny is this amazing photo from user asantos. According to asantos, these Space Jam monuments are año viejos, giant dolls to be burned to celebrate the coming of the New Year.
So just remember when you're bragging about how crazy your New Year's Eve was with "all that champagne": you didn't burn 30-foot-tall effigies of the aliens from Space Jam.
