We've all been there.

You're sitting at home browsing social media, when you happen to stumble across pictures from an event or gathering that you never received an invite too. It sucks -- even if you're an NBA player.

Three days ago, Oklahoma City Thunder center Hasheem Thabeet posted a photo on Instagram of him with a bunch of his teammates:

Everybody seems to be having a good time -- other than Kevin Durant who looks like he's waiting in line to get his fishing license.

But absent from this photo is the Thunder's starting center, Kendrick Perkins, who wasn't invited to hang. How do I know he wasn't invited? Well, he said said so in a comment he left (and then later deleted) on the picture.

This certainly seems to put two of Perkins' latest Instagram posts in a different, more depressing, light:

Well, Perkins can at least take some solace in the fact that Joakim Noah also wasn't invited... probably.
