It's been an interesting morning for bobsledders in Sochi. First U.S. sledder Johnny Quinn had to fight his way out of his bathroom. Now we learn that British brakewoman Rebekah Wilson had to avoid falling to her death.

Wilson says she walked out of her room at the Olympic Village in Sochi, pressed the elevator call button, and was greeted by an open shaft. No elevator car—just The Void.

She elected not to enter.
