This is clearly not Dwight Howard.
It should be noted, though, that it appears from this young lady's Instagram post of her meeting with Not Dwight Howard, that he introduced himself as the 3-time Defensive Player of the Year, and encouraged her to look him up. That is not cool, Guy Who Does Not Look Very Much Like Dwight Howard.
