The marketing departments of minor league teams, be it baseball or hockey, are always on the lookout for new and intriguing gimmicks.

One of the most popular and widely used ploys is to debut a unique uniform, which is  exactly what the Las Vegas Wranglers did on Saturday, March 1 against the Idaho Steelheads. And they weren't just unique uniforms -- they were custom, Spider-Man uniforms. And they were, dare we say…Amazing.

Even better? It's all for a good cause. The Wranglers will auction them off with the proceeds going to the Children’s Hospital of Nevada at University Medical Center. Oh, and yes -- if you're thinking the Las Vegas Wranglers name sounds familiar, it's because they're the same franchise who plans to put their new stadium on the roof of a casino. So in short, the Las Vegas Wranglers are your new favorite team.
