David O. Belcher is the Chancellor of Western Carolina University, but when the school took on Wofford in the Southern Conference Championship last night he hardly looked like a buttoned-up administration type:

Wofford went on to win the game 56-53, but the students and alumni of Western Carolina should know their school is in the capable hands of a six year old who just drank a case of Red Bull.
