Creighton's first game doesn't tip off until Friday, but I feel confident saying that Wooden-award favorite Doug McDermott notched the first victory of March Madness with this tweet last night:

McDermott, who has finished in the top three in scoring the past three seasons, was of course referencing this scene from the cinematic masterpiece Dumb & Dumber.
