By virtue of the surprising upsets and stunning finishes we're treated to during the NCAA tournament, we often get to watch a lot of funny post-game antics. From Mercer's Nae Nae to Iowa State's... whatever it was Fred Hoiberg was doing, there really is no shortage of outlandish celebrations during March Madness.

But what about the other locker room? We often overlook how the team on the losing end of these contests deals with the disappointment of a season, and sometimes a career, that has reached its conclusion in abrupt fashion. In the above video, Creighton coach Greg McDermott consoles his senior-laden team after their disappointing loss to Baylor in the Round of 32. The speech hits all the right notes, and should strike a chord with pretty much anybody who's a fan of college athletics.
