On Friday, Brent Musburger and hundreds of lonely men across the country were disappointed to find out that former Miss Alabama USA Katherine Webb and former Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron agreed to tie the knot. Webb announced the couple's engagement on Twitter.

Saturday morning, the future Mr. and Mrs. McCarron shared photos from their engagement party, which included a picture of their glorious engagement cake. The cake featured an edible Alabama football helmet (with McCarron's No. 10 on the side) along with a Miss Alabama sash.
