The NFL Draft kicks off tonight in Manhattan and Brett Favre is ready. The Packers legend offered up his thoughts on the first five picks in this rather bizarre home video. For the record, Favre thinks the Rams will pick Sammy Watkins, and he considers Johnny Manziel the top quarterback in the draft.
