Shaq Did So Much Weird Stuff on Inside the NBA that It Won't Fit in a Headline

Well. Inside the NBA has officially turned into the weirdest show on television. That's a video of Shaq putting a sock in his shorts and rubbing it on Charles Barkley's head, and I'm not even sure if that's the weirdest moment from last night's episode.
