Boston City Hall Will Fly a Montreal Canadiens Flag for a Week

https://twitter.com/DenisCoderre/status/466768299402231808

I wonder if Boston's Mayor Marty Walsh regrets the bet he made with Montreal's Mayor Denis Coderre.

The men bet that the mayor of whichever city lost this series of the NHL Playoffs would have to wear the opposing team's jersey and fly their flag in front of City Hall for a week. Last night, the Bruins were defeated by the Canadiens in game 7 of their series, meaning that Boston can look forward to seeing the Habs' flag proudly waving in the wind.

I'm sure that will go over well.

A representative from Marty Walsh's office says that Boston intends to make good on the bet, but they're having a hard time getting a Canadiens flag. Suuuuure....
