Thursday's A.M. Hot Clicks

Sportsman of the Year?

lucic-weise

The handshake line is one of hockey's great traditions, but it appears Boston's Milan Lucic missed the memo on how to act after last night's Game 7 loss. The Bruins forward allegedly told Dale Weise that "I'm going to [expletive] kill you next year" and also allegedly threatened Alexei Emelin (not pictured). Watch the video and judge for yourself. Lucic wasn't the only one in hot water. Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper sent out a tweet congratulating the Canadiens, but ended up trolling half his country.

Points for Originality

In March, the Knicks announced the purchase of their NBA D-League team, which will play in nearby Westchester County, and asked fans to help name the team. The votes are in and the new team name is the Westchester Knicks.

One Way To Turn the Rays Around

The Rays have the second-worst record in the American League, but Joe Maddon has a plan to turn them around. The Rays manager brought in seven bottles of cologne before last night's game to help the team break out of its funk. The ploy worked as Tampa Bay shut out the Mariners, 2-0.

Bryana Holly had a must-see photo shoot for DSTLD Premium Denim, which is  a good reason to make her today's LLOD.

Robin Lopez, High Top Artist

Before the Blazers were eliminated from the playoffs, center Robin Lopez had taken to drawing on his sneakers before games and the results were pretty impressive. Though I applaud anything that keeps Lopez away from roller coasters and his strange Michael Jackson obsession.

The Heat eliminated the Nets last night and are 8-1 so far in this year's playoffs. Can they keep it up and outperform the 1995-96 Bulls, who went 15-3 on their way to a NBA championship? For more classic sports photos, visit the SI Vault on Twitter.
