A 125 lb Mother of Four Destroyed One of Joey Chestnut's Eating Records

In 2008, Joey Chestnut completed the Big Texan challenge -- which consists of a 72 ounce steak along with a dinner salad, shrimp cocktail, baked potato, and dinner roll -- in just eight minutes and 52 seconds, a record that stood for six years... until Molly Schuyler came along and beat it by almost four minutes.

Schuyler is a rising star on the competitive eating circuit, where her diminutive frame has not stopped her from setting world records, such as the 363 hot wings she consumed at the annual Wing Bowl competition earlier this year, as well as another 72 ounce challenge at Sayler's in Portland, Oregon (seen in the video above).

After setting the record, the mother of four was still not full, so she took down another round of the challenge, this time in just under 10 minutes.

Schuyler has not yet said whether she will compete in competitive eating's biggest event, the Nathans Hot Dog Eating Contest, but if she does, reigning champion Chestnut needs to watch his back.
