Gotcha: Florida Pulled Off a Hidden Ball Trick During the NCAA Baseball Tournament

On Friday, Nick Pappas of the College of Charleston was standing on 2nd while Florida pitcher Logan Shore tied his shoe. Pappas believed Shore had the ball, but when he stepped slightly off the bag, Gators shortstop Richie Martin tagged him out.

Ah, the old hidden ball. It's not a trick. It's an ILLUSION.

Unfortunately, it seems that karma came back to bite the Gators, who lost their first two games en route to being eliminated.
