Someone prank called an LA news station about the UCLA flood

A man posing as a city official pranked a local news station by calling in and saying the UCLA floods were caused by a cherry bomb or a "really big dump."

As UCLA's sports complex was being overrun by water courtesy of a water main break, a man posing as a Department of Water and Power official named Louis Slungpue (pronounced slung-poo, of course) pranked a local news broadcast telling the anchors, that the source of the problem was either a cherry bomb being flushed down the toilet, or "someone took a really large dump.'

Despite the ludicrous nature of what Slungpue is saying the anchors seem to go along with it, even after an off-camera voice tells them the call is fake.
