The No. 1 story at Jets camp is the pseudo quarterback competition between Michael Vick and Geno Smith. Vick said last week that he thinks Smith will be the starter, but the Jets haven't announced anything yet.

So naturally when Vick met with reporters Thursday after practice, he was asked about the quarterback situation, at which point he abruptly ended the session.

As Vick walked through the throng of reporters, ESPN New York's Rich Cimini said "I mean, that's a fair question." "It's a fair question, man," Vick replied, punctuating the exchange with a smack on Cimini's butt.

So it looks like after football Vick has a future as a third base coach.
