South Carolina self-reports violation for impermissible cookie icing
Through an open records request, the Associated Press recently got a look at the all the self-reported infractions of NCAA protocol filed by the University of South Carolina over the past year.
Seven of the violations were committed by the football program, including the mysterious (and tasty!) transgression of "impermissible iced decorations on a [sic] cookie cakes given to prospects."
Geez, will somebody please do something about the underhanded confectionery recruiting tactics plaguing the college football landscape?
The madness must be stopped.
